History
CPC Constructors is a woman-owned civil-based general contractor. The owner, Courtney Carter, grew up in Nebraska where she spent her spare time riding horses, tending to farm activities, and running heavy farm equipment. Courtney attended Colorado State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She went on to obtain her Colorado CPA license in 2004 where she specialized in audit and tax preparation for various construction companies. After starting a family she branched out on her own and has continued to build lasting relationships. Over the years, Courtney realized that her strong relationships with her clients were built by listening and understanding their issues beyond the just the numbers. She found the ability to coordinate her connections in the construction field to provide real and economical solutions. Courtney soon realized that she was developing a real passion and success with construction that eventually led to the inception of CPC Constructors, Inc. in 2006. Since then, CPC Constructors has performed and continues to build a variety of residential and commercial projects.
Mission Statement
CPC Constructors believes that its success will be based on the philosophy of “Creating Foundations”. To CREATE a strong FOUNDATION, we believe that our clients, employees, insurance/bonding, financial institutions, subcontractors, and suppliers need to have a bonding relationship. These relationships will be established through respect, pride, honesty, and communication. CREATING these core values within the FOUNDATION will ultimately produce an economical and quality-based product for our clients. .
